The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

When is payment due?Payments will be due the same day or time of cleaning! Please note any services not paid within 48 hours of service completion will be charged a 10% late fee

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my service?if you need to reschedule please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations that are not rescheduled within 72 hours of initial service will be charged in full

What does a standard home cleaning include?All cleanings include: kitchen, living room, bathrooms, bedrooms, laundry room, mudroom. You can also add on additional services such as window cleanings, bedding changes, appliance clean outs, and garage sweeps. See our services page for more info!

How long will a cleaning take?Each cleaning will take a minimum of two hours. We do not schedule cleanings for less than 2 hours.

Do I have to be present during the clean?We will work with your schedule. Please let us know how we can have access to the property if you do not plan to be there.

Do you provide cleaning supplies?Yes! We will provide all the basic cleaning supplies we will need for your service.
Billing & Pricing
